Meet Bernard and Yen

Bernard Chu and Yen Yee are the visionaries behind LuxBite. Inspired by the luxury patisseries they love in Europe and Japan, including Pierre Hermé, Ladurée and Henri Charpentier, Bernard and Yen have created their own dream dessert experience – an edible jewel box of colours, flavours and textures.

Originally from Malaysia, Bernard and Yen moved to Australia to refine their craft and worked with the likes of Michael Moore (Summit Restaurant), Peter Gilmore (Quay), and Katrina Kanetani (Pier) in Sydney before moving to Melbourne where they worked with Catherine Adams (Rockpool), Robert Marchetti (Giuseppe Arnaldo and Sons) and Daniel Southern (Comme Kitchen).

All the desserts are homemade, using the best and freshest ingredients every day. The range of products will change with the seasons, offering flavours, colours and experiences that constantly evolve. Visit LuxBite today and let Bernard and Yen take you on a journey that will delight your eyes and taste buds.

Life is uncertain. Eat dessert first.
